What is Tripe?
Tripe comes from the first and second part of a cows stomach (Ruminen & Reticulum). The colour of tripe can be green or almost black dependant on what the animal has been fed. If the cow eats barley then the tripe will be black and if the cow is fed grass then the tripe will be green.
