Leg cocking

I find it quite funny whe my 15 week old puppy Jeremy lifts his leg after he squats to pee, he is very well house trained all ready but as he is my first dog im was not awear they do this, he also lifts his leg over thing as if to pee but does nothing.
He's funny to watch
